A dear friend has placed this Open Letter to Congress and President Trump.  I ask if I would be OK to post here since the Col. does not have a blog or web site.  The ‘Roger’ was given.  My analysis of this letter is that it is the common plea of 1776 to and against King George.  Others may have asked all that is articulated here but this is a impassioned plea for action regarding valid assertions and charges.  With that from Col.
