The Tale of Two Constitutions

Why does Congress do what they want? Why do the other branches of the Federal Government act without any Checks and Balances?    Because They Can!
Why is the United States blending into international governance including open borders, the introduction of international law and even Sharia law?  Because They Can Do It!
But you argue, The Constitution does not allow that to happen. You shout that the elected are suppose to stand on the Constitution!  Did you ever consider that what most Citizens understand about the Constitution may not be what it really IS?

Consider what De Tocqueville said: “…After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp, and fashioned them at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a net-work of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided: men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting: such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates (weakens), extinguishes, and stupefies (unable to think clearly) a people, till each nation is reduced to be nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd…”  Seems to me that De Tocqueville coined the idea of ‘Sheeple.’
What about Treaties and how they affect the Constitution?  What about Executive Agreements – Not Executive Orders, but International Agreements?
Is The Constitution that which our Founders and Framers argued for?  Is what we have as a Constitution today what was intended and brought forward for us, their posterity?  Did the so called Federalist really not want a Consolidated government and to reduce the States to nothing? Is the idea of a Constitutional Democracy really not what was originally brought to Philadelphia by Madison?  What did the Anti-Federalist Caution the Citizenry of the day about and unreservedly require Amendments to protect individual Liberty and States Rights?

The Answers to these questions and more are in the Presentation of “The Tale of Two Constitutions”!
